AI Build-in-Action
One discipline, two tracks: Custom AI we build for clients (they own it), and in-house R&D in fields we're currently working on — surgical robotics AI, crime GIS analysis, and more.

Custom AI, built for you
We build AI on your your field human intelligence — your data, your expertise. We settle the architecture (cloud, on-prem, and/or edge) by cost, security, and IP; build it; and measure the impact to your bottom line. You own the result.
Cloud, on-prem, and/or edge
Where your custom AI lives — settled by a cost-benefit analysis on cost, security, and IP, before you build.
New revenue streams
AI products that open a revenue stream you didn't have before.
Cost & bottleneck removal
AI that removes a cost or a bottleneck inside the business — tracked to the bottom line.

AI analysis of integrated GIS, crime & business data
We integrate geospatial (GIS), crime, and business data and apply AI to surface the patterns and priorities that matter — turning fragmented public and private datasets into decisions.
Practice makes perfect
We choose meaningful fields for in-house R&D that maximize AI impact for society and humanity. Current focal area is surgical robotics AI, in collaboration with world-class, protocol-establishing surgeons at a top hospital.

Microsurgery demands precision, dexterity, and stability at the sub-millimeter scale — exactly where surgeon intelligence and robotics have respective strengths, and AI can further amplify human capabilities.
Our own models & products
We choose a field or a market with potential, then build it — specialized vector databases, retrieval chatbots, deep-research and task agents.
A constraint becomes a new line
When data limits one application, we pivot to an adjacent one that's viable — turning a dead end into a new product.

Actual output from our surgical AI-Q agent — a real, self-produced artifact, not a concept mock-up.
Surgical-knowledge AI suite
Over specialist surgical knowledge, we've built a domain assistant — three iterations of a retrieval chatbot and a deep-research agent on the AI-Q blueprint. It's an early-stage build: shared with a few collaborating surgeons to explore — not a production deployment, as Symani's clinical community is still small and growing.
