This site, hifai.ai, is operated by 1only LLC (“HIFAI,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy and keep our data practices deliberately minimal. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
You can browse the entire site without giving us any personal information. If you choose to contact us or submit one of our forms — a coaching inquiry, an AI Panel signup, or a demo request — we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and any message or background you include. You control what you send.
How that information reaches us
Our forms deliver your submission to us by email (through your own email application) or, where enabled, through a reputable form-processing service that forwards it to us. We use it only to respond to you and to provide what you asked for.
Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. The only cookie we may set is a single strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in if you log into a members area; it is removed when you sign out. Because it is essential to a feature you request, it does not require consent.
Fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party. Embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (“no-cookie”) mode, which sets no tracking cookies unless you press play. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
To reply to your inquiry, deliver the coaching, research, or services you request, and keep records of our correspondence. That is all. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our updates, we use your email address only to send occasional notes about our work and research. We do not sell or share it, and every email includes a one-click way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site — for hosting, email, and (where enabled) form processing. They may handle your information only as needed to provide those services to us, and not for their own purposes.
Retention & your choices
We keep the information you send for as long as needed to assist you and for reasonable record-keeping. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email us and we will act on your request.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through our forms.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
